Merchandise Shop Open

The merchandise section of the website is open but please note that, in order to prepare for our 10th anniversary registration launch, it will close again at 1900hrs on Friday 17th March 2017.

Some 10th anniversary items of merchandise and the opening of registration for RTTW 2017 will be at 1900hrs on Friday 31st March 2017.

As in previous years, you will be able to purchase your 2017, 10th ANNIVERSARY, t-shirt, for only £10 if you order AT THE SAME TIME as registering. If you order the t-shirt at any other time it will be the normal price of £15.

Returns and Refunds

Your right to Cancel

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have bought from us, please contact us straight away. In any case, this must be within 14 days of receipt.

Please also enclose a letter explaining why you wish to return the product(s) and we will refund you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned order.

However, please note that unless faulty, items that have been personalised cannot be returned for refund or credit.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. For faulty items, the cost of return postage will be refunded to you.
