Drayton Manor Park Logistics
This year Drayton Manor Park will be one of SEVEN start points for the RTTW 2011 event.
Due to the huge success of RTTW in 2010 and the sheer volume of motorcyclists that took part, the RTTW Committee have been under pressure to ease congestion, improve safety and reduce waiting times for attendees of the event both at Drayton Manor and The National Memorial Arboretum.
As such, this year's numbers will be limited to 850 motorcycles at Drayton Manor and will be the 'flagship' start point for the event.
This ride will be led by the Founder of RTTW, Martin Dickinson, our Patron, Major General Lamont Kirkland, any serving Military personnel and the Flag Bearers together with those of you who wish to camp or use the spectacular new hotel and those who will turn up on the day to a maximum of 850 pre-signed-up motorcycles.
Please note that motorcycles who haven't already signed-up that arrive at Drayton Manor will be redirected to the National Memorial Arboretum as there will be no event registration facilities at Drayton Manor this year.
As in previous years, outside catering will be provided. The ride will depart from Drayton Manor at 12.00am prompt for the National Memorial Arboretum.
Keep an eye on this website, Facebook and Twitter for further updates and we look forward to seeing you in October!
